बिदेशी ब्राण्ड खादा कति बिकास भएको छ ? र हाम्रो स्थानिय रक्सि र जाडले बिकासमा के बाधा भएको छ ?

 ५ लिटर रक्सि र १० लिटर जाड बर्षमा ६ चोटि मात्र बनाउनु पाउने सर्बोच्चको आदेश प्रति मेरो ब्यातिगत रुपमा आपति छ। यो कुन समुदायलाई लक्षित हो? वा सम्पूर्ण देशबासिलाई हो स्पष्ट हुनुपर्यो र यो यदि यो मतुवाली सामुदायको लगि हो भने यसको बिरोधको लागि पुरानो हतियार धनुष उठ्नेछ ।

नेपालको कु्र वा तानाशाहि शासन राणाकाल भनेर चिनिन्छ र त्यसलाई जनताले हटाए त्यसै गरि पञ्चायत, राजतन्त्र आदि हुदै अहिले लोकतन्त्रमा हामि छौ। बुझनुपर्ने कुरा यहा छ यस्तो शासनमा त कसैलेपनि संस्कृति प्रति यस्तो शासन लादेको थिएन भने अहिले लोकतन्त्रमा लादने प्रयास भैरहेको छ । यो आफनै लागि पासो नहोस ध्यान दिएर निर्देशन होस ।

लोकतन्त्र भनेको जनताको शासन हो। तर जनताको संस्कृति माथिको यो हस्तक्षेपले हिटलरको जस्तो लक्षण देखाएको कदापि राम्रो होइन। यो समय हिटलरको होइन याद रहोस कुनैपनि बेला देखि अहिले सम्म ईतिहास हेर्दा संसारमा होस वा नेपालमा राई, लिम्बु, मगर र गुरुङ्ग लाई अगाडि लगाएर संसार जितेको ईतिहास छ। नेपाल एकिकरण गर्दानि अग्रपंतिमा रहेर भुमिका निर्वाह गरेको छ। याद रहोस यो बीरताको गाथा आफनै देशमा अरु सामुदायलाई भारी नपरोस् । नेपाल जस्तो धर्मनिरपेंक्ष र बहुजाति भएको देशमा सबैको धर्म र संस्कृतिलाई संरक्षण र सम्मान रुपमा हेनुपर्ने हुन्छ। संसारमा मानिसहरु आफनो संस्कृति जोगाउन धनी बन्न त्यागी दिन्छन् । यसले के संकेत गर्छ भने मानिसहरु बिलाषी जीवन भन्दा आफनो संस्कृति र पहिचान प्रति गर्ब लाग्छ वा गर्छ ।

अब रहयो बर्षमा ६ चोटि मात्र बनाउनु पाउने निर्देशन यो कुन अर्थमा सान्दार्भिक र सकारात्मक छ? र हाम्रो स्थानिय रक्सि र जाडले बिकासमा के बाधा भएको छ ? तथा बिदेशी ब्राण्ड खादा कति बिकास भएको छ ?

माथिको प्रश्नहरुलाइ तुलना गर्ने हो भने, बिकास र जनसस्थयमा बाधक बिदेशी रक्सि हो स्थानिय रक्सि त भाइचारा, सत्भाव र आदरता बढाएको छ । त्यतिमात्र होइन आर्थिक रुपमानि सहयोग पुयाएको छ तर बिदेशी रक्सिले देशको अरबौ रुपैया बाहिरीएको छ। जालझेल बुन्ने अडडा बनेको छ। बाहिरा बाट आउने बिभिन्न रसायन मिसावट जुसमा त्यतिनै नगत बाहिरीयको छ त्यो भन्दा जाड सयौ गुणा स्वस्थयको लागि राम्रो हो त्यो शुद्घ कोदो, जौ. आदिको रस हो र यसमा पानिको मात्रा धेरै हुन्छ।

अब संस्कृतिक पाटा, रक्सि र जाड हाम्रो जन्म देखि मृत्यू सम्म चाहिने चलन छ। हरेक चाड, पर्व र काम संग जोडिएको छ। हमिले बरु खान छोडिसकिम तर त्यो जाड र रक्सि खाएका हाम्रा पुर्खाहरु १०० माथि बाच्थे यसको मतलब यो गुणकारी चिज हो। यसलाई राज्यले लाज पचाको मात्र हो।

त्यसैले सरकारले गरेको यो निर्नय सरासर संस्कृति माथिको ठाडो हस्तक्षेप हो । यस्तो कार्यले देशमा शान्ति स्थापना हुन सक्दैन। निति भनेको सहजता र सकारात्मक परिणामको लागि हो त्यसैले यो बाधाक लाई हटाउन आजै पहल गरौ. ।

Nepal has played a leading role in unification. Remember that this praise of heroism should not overwhelm other communities in one's own country. In a secular and multi-ethnic country like Nepal, everyone's religion and culture should be treated with protection and respect. People in the world give up being rich to preserve their culture. This indicates that people are more proud of their culture and identity than of luxurious living. In what sense is the instruction to make it only six times a year relevant and positive? And what has hindered our local alcohol and cold development? And how much foreign brand food has been developed? Comparing the above questions, foreign liquor is an obstacle to development and public health. Local liquor has increased brotherhood, harmony and respect. Not only has it helped financially, but billions of rupees have flowed out of the country through foreign liquor. It has become a stronghold for weaving nets. Pure millet, barley is a hundred times better for health than the amount of cash in the juice mixed with various chemicals coming from outside. Etc. and contains a lot of water. Now there is a culture that we need from time to time from birth to death. It is associated with every festival and work. We would rather stop eating, but our ancestors who drank that cold and alcohol lived above 100, which means it is a good thing. The state is only ashamed of it. Therefore, this decision taken by the government is a direct interference in the culture. Such an act cannot bring peace to the country. The policy is for ease and positive results so take the initiative today to remove this barrier. .
